Maca de Castro develops a contemporary Mediterranean cuisine deeply connected to the land, where local and seasonal produce is central. The project relies on a network of its own vegetable gardens in Sa Pobla, cultivated by its own agricultural team, allowing for true traceability and a cuisine that springs directly from the landscape.
Beyond the gastronomic offering, the restaurant articulates a philosophy based on sustainability, respect for the environment and an honest look towards tradition, reinterpreted from the current sensibility.
